What does the price depend on?
- The number of user types. An app used only by your team is simpler than one with customers, staff and admins who each see something different.
- Integrations with other systems. Does the app need to talk to your accounting, your CRM or a payment provider? Every integration takes time to build and test.
- How much custom work is needed. What already exists doesn’t need to be built again. The more your way of working differs, the more custom work.
- Design. A clean design that works well on every screen takes time, but saves support questions later.
- Security. Customer data must be safe. That means good access rules and testing before going live.
- Hosting and maintenance. After launch the app needs to keep running, with updates and backups.
What does it cost at Violexa?
A custom website or web application starts at €1,799 excl. VAT (€2,177 incl. VAT) per project. That includes design and development, a design that works on every screen, the basics for SEO and Google Analytics, a CMS integration and training.
After delivery you choose a maintenance plan, from €179 excl. VAT (€217 incl. VAT) per month. After 12 months you can cancel it monthly. We keep the app up to date, make backups and monitor that everything keeps running. Larger projects get a custom price, always upfront and in writing.
How to keep costs down
- Start small. Build the features that deliver the most first, and expand later.
- Use what is already there. Connecting your existing systems is often cheaper than rebuilding everything.
- Know what you want to achieve. "Customers book their own appointments" is a better starting point than a long list of features.
- Ask for a fixed price. Then you know upfront where you stand.
