Privacy policy

Violexa is a trade name of CodeZillo (sole proprietorship, Dutch Chamber of Commerce 89154002). We are responsible for the data we process through this website, email, phone and WhatsApp. Below you can read which data that is, why we use it and what your rights are.

When you visit the website

• Essential storage keeps the site working, such as your cookie choice and a light or dark theme. That choice stays in your own browser.
• Only if you allow marketing cookies do we load the Meta pixel and the Google tag. They show us which ads work. Meta and Google then see your visit and your IP address.
• If you arrived through an ad, we keep the ad codes from the link (such as utm, fbclid or gclid) in your browser, so a request tells us which ad worked.
• Like every web server, ours keeps technical logs, such as IP address and time, for security.

When you send a request

Through the form we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, message and the service you choose. We keep them in our customer system, send them to our mailbox (Google Workspace) and send you a confirmation.

If you allowed marketing cookies, we also report the request to Meta and Google, with your email address and phone number only in hashed form. That lets them link the request to an ad.

When we contact you

We contact business owners with a proposal for their website. For that we use business details you made public yourself, such as your company name, website, business email address, phone number and opening hours. We do this based on our legitimate interest. Don’t want any more messages? Reply "stop" or email us and we won’t contact you again.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook

If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, or we message you on WhatsApp, your name, number or account and the messages pass through Meta. We only use them to answer your question and discuss our proposal. Please also read the privacy policies of WhatsApp and Meta.

How long we keep data

• Requests and contact with people who don’t become clients: up to 2 years after the last contact.
• Client data: as long as we work together, and 2 years after that.
• Invoices and accounts: 7 years, because the law requires it.

Who we share data with

We don’t sell your data. We only share it with parties we need for our work: our hosting, Google Workspace for email, Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), and Google and Meta for ads if you allow it. Or when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can view your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. If you don’t agree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Having your data deleted

Email info@violexa.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include your name, company and the email address or phone number you used to contact us. This also covers data we received through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm it to you, except what the law requires us to keep.

You can turn off marketing cookies yourself by clearing your browser data for violexa.com. The site will then ask again what you allow.
