Six processes you can automate
- Copying data between systems. A new customer in your web shop automatically appears in your accounting and your CRM too.
- Reports. Instead of pulling together a spreadsheet every month, everything is in a dashboard that updates itself.
- Bringing data from different sources together. Separate systems each provide a piece of the picture. An integration puts it all in one place.
- Quotes and invoices. A first version is prepared automatically from the data you already have.
- Appointments and reminders. Customers book themselves and automatically get a confirmation and reminder.
- Sorting emails and customer questions. AI reads incoming messages and routes them to the right person or folder.
Where do you start?
Pick a task that happens often, always follows the same rules, and where mistakes are a nuisance. That is where automation pays off most. First write down how the task works now, step by step. Then you quickly see where the time goes.
AI or a simple integration?
Not everything needs AI. If a task always follows fixed rules, a plain integration is faster, cheaper and more reliable. AI only helps when something needs to be read or decided, like with emails, documents or free text.
If you use AI, build in a check. Anything the system isn’t sure about should end up with a person.
From practice
One of our clients wanted to bring together data from different systems, but each integration only provided part of the information. We built a platform that collects, enriches and stores that data in one place automatically. They now build their reports on one reliable source.
